The Ram Heavy Duty Special Service Vehicle (SSV) Package, for government and emergency responder fleets, includes a Vehicle System Interface Module (VSIM), a 220-amp alternator, instrument panel-mounted auxiliary switches, dash pass through wire circuits and the Protection Group, which includes tow hooks and skid plates for the transfer case. This package is available on the 2024 Ram 1500 Classic, Ram 2500 and 3500 Tradesman® Regular and Crew Cab 4x4 models.
