Registering for FCA Fleet is easy. Simply follow the steps below to ensure your eligibility and fill out the necessary forms and you’ll be well on your way to elevating your business with the vehicles and perks that come with FCA Fleet.

To be eligible, you must answer Yes to at least one of the following three questions:

- The Fleet account will use the vehicle within the continental US primarily in support of the company’s business and not for personal use, for a minimum of (12) months after registration or a total of at least 12,000 miles.
- The Fleet account will register the vehicle in the name of the company—not to, or in care of, an individual.
- The Fleet account is not an automobile dealer or broker and does not purchase vehicles primarily for resale.
- The Fleet account agrees to provide FCA, or the selling dealer, promptly, upon request, documentation which shows that vehicles purchased under the FCA Fleet program, were registered to an authorized Fleet company and kept in service as specified above, and if so requested, to provide access to the Fleet account's records for audit purposes.
- The Fleet account agrees that if it does not comply with this agreement, it will repay the value of any Fleet program benefits which were paid or credited to the Fleet account on relevant vehicles and FCA shall have no obligation to honor any pending or future orders on behalf of the Fleet account or any affiliated company.

- A government agency, for the purpose of receiving bid concessions, is defined
to be an organization that receives their primary financial support from
federal, state, country, or local taxes (i.e. government agencies,
municipalities, public utilities, law enforcement agencies, school districts,
constables, state game wardens, volunteer fire fighters, etc.)
In special circumstances and at the discretion of FCA, an exception can be granted if the bidding entity is not tax supported. For example, non-profit agencies may be permitted to purchase off of state contract per state guidelines. It is the responsibility of the bidding dealer to request the exception from FCA at the time the bid is submitted.
Non-qualifying companies include privately owned entities such as non-state hospitals, private colleges, security companies, utility companies, railroads, churches and charitable organizations. Although these entities do not qualify for the government bid program, they may be eligible for a FCA Commercial Fleet Vehicle Incentive Program (VIP). The dealer may contact the Fleet Information Center (flcenter@fcagroup.com) or their Fleet Regional Account Executive to determine eligibility. - The Fleet account will use the vehicle within the continental US primarily in support of the company’s business and not for personal use, for a minimum of (6) months after registration or the vehicle has accumulated at least 12,000 miles.
- The Fleet account is not an automobile dealer or broker and does not purchase vehicles primarily for resale.
- The Fleet account agrees to provide FCA, or the selling dealer, promptly, upon request, documentation which shows that vehicles purchased under the FCA Fleet program were registered to an authorized Fleet company and kept in service as specified above and if so requested, to provide access to the Fleet account's records for audit purposes.

- The Fleet account agrees to provide FCA, or the selling dealer, promptly, upon request, documentation which shows that vehicles purchased under the FCA Fleet program were registered to an authorized Fleet company and kept in service as specified above, and if so requested, to provide access to the Fleet account's records for audit purposes.
