Advance everyday driving. On the highway, the available Active Driving Assist helps keep drivers on the right path. By using radar and sensors, the Grand Cherokee can make subtle adjustments to help keep it a set distance from the vehicle directly ahead and help keep it in the center of its lane.
NIGHT VISION
The available Night Vision uses high-tech sensors in the front of the vehicle to detect pedestrians and animals during nighttime driving. An image is displayed on the instrument cluster, warning the driver of what’s ahead.
SURROUND VIEW CAMERA
Get a full view. This available feature combines several camera views from around the vehicle to give the driver an aerial 360º view of the surroundings, helping to make sure they do not encounter anything unexpected.
FULL-COLOR HEAD-UP DISPLAY
The newly available 10-inch Full-Color Head-Up Display works with the innovative Uconnect® system to display essential driver information on the windshield, allowing the driver to keep eyes forward and on the road.
DROWSY DRIVER DETECTION
Standard on Summit, Drowsy Driver Detection tracks vehicle movement and driver interaction to spot patterns of drowsiness. If detected, the system can send the driver an audio and visual signal to take precautions.
INTERSECTION COLLISION ASSIST
Be alert at every intersection. This available feature will give the driver audible and visual alerts when approaching an intersection to warn of the potential danger from vehicles crossing ahead.
TRAFFIC SIGN RECOGNITION
Traffic Sign Recognition, which comes standard on Summit models, uses the forward-facing camera on Grand Cherokee to identify speed limits and common traffic signs, such as school zones or crosswalks.
