TRAILER REVERSE GUIDANCE

Available Trailer Reverse Guidance helps take the guesswork out of hitching a trailer. As the driver lines up, an adjustable display screen clearly shows both sides of the truck and trailer to ensure they are in position, allowing the driver to link up on the first try. A loose-shipped rearview camera is also available for installation.

KEEP UP WITH YOUR FLEET

The available Telematics™ system (coming spring 2023) when paired with a telematics provider allows business owners to access real-time data about their vehicles, drivers, efficiency, productivity and more—helping to improve day-to-day effectiveness.

BUILT TO WORK SMART

Equipped with an available engine shutdown timer that turns off the engine automatically after idling for five minutes, this truck was designed to help maximize efficiency.

With a steel rear frame strength of 50,000 psi, the 2023 Ram Chassis Cab has even the toughest jobs handled.

ELECTRONIC FRONT AXLE DISCONNECT

When extra traction is not needed and 4x4 mode is not engaged, the Ram Chassis Cab is designed to disconnect the front axle automatically.

AVAILABLE FUEL TANKS

Choose the right fuel tank for the job. The 52-gallon single rear-mounted fuel tank is standard on all models, while a 22-gallon midship fuel tank is available. The available 74-gallon dual fuel tank combines the 52-gallon tank and the 22-gallon midship fuel tank. It includes two independent filler necks to accommodate the upfit. The system automatically transfers fuel between the tanks, eliminating the need to switch between fuel sources.

UPFIT FOR THE JOB

The 2023 Ram Chassis Cab can be configured with two cab types, four cab axle lengths and nine wheelbases—offering a multitude of upfit options and capabilities.

UPFIT-READY FRAME

The 2023 Ram Chassis Cab frame features straight flat frame rails behind the cab, is available in industry standard frame Cab Axle lengths and comes with predrilled frame mounting holes for a variety of applications.

440-AMP DUAL ALTERNATOR OUTPUT

The 2023 Ram Chassis Cab features an available dual alternator system with a maximum output of 440 amps, making it easily upfitted to the work that the job demands.

POWER TAKE OFF (PTO) CONFIGURATIONS

Access the PTO no matter the upfit. Both available AISIN automatic transmissions offer PTO access from the left or right side with 4x4 or 4x2 configurations, plus the available 6.7L Cummins® Turbo Diesel I6 engine lets the driver choose between two speeds with the Split-Shaft Mode.

SIX AUXILIARY SWITCHES

Ram Chassis Cabs come with an integrated switch bank featuring six auxiliary switches. On models equipped with available Power Take Off (PTO), the sixth auxiliary switch becomes a dedicated PTO switch.

SAFETY AND SECURITY

FORWARD COLLISION WARNING WITH ACTIVE BRAKING

The Forward Collision Warning with Active Braking feature is available on the 2023 Ram Chassis Cab and works even when a trailer is attached.

LANESENSE® LANE DEPARTURE WARNING WITH LANE KEEP ASSIST

Available LaneSense® Lane Departure Warning with Lane Keep Assist helps prevent unintentional lane drifts by providing a visual alert and guiding the vehicle back into position if the driver does not respond.

PARKSENSE® FRONT AND REAR PARK ASSIST WITH STOP

The available ParkSense® Front and Rear Park Assist System features sensors integrated within the front bumper and rear sensors shipped loose for the upfitter to install on the body that take the guesswork out of parking and maneuvering in tight spaces. A graphic display in the instrument cluster notifies the driver of the proximity of nearby objects.

ADAPTIVE CRUISE CONTROL WITH STOP

Available Adaptive Cruise Control with Stop can maintain a set distance, selected by the driver, from vehicles in the lane ahead. When slower traffic is detected, the 2023 Ram Chassis Cab will automatically adjust its speed all the way down to 0 mph, if necessary, even with a trailer attached.

ADAPTIVE FORWARD LIGHTING

Light up the jobsite, day or night. The 2023 Ram Chassis Cab is equipped with available Adaptive Headlamps that feature crisp LED lighting.

INTERIOR TECHNOLOGY

DIGITAL REARVIEW MIRROR

The 2023 Ram Chassis Cab features an available Digital Rearview Mirror that is now equipped with Tow Mode. This mirror provides unobstructed views of the area behind the trailer or upfit from a mounted camera.

TRAILER TOW PAGES

Maneuver with confidence thanks to available features like Trailer Light Check and Trailer Brake Status, each displayed in the available Driver Information Digital Cluster Display. Off-Road Pages explore pitch and roll and put vehicle dynamics, traction control, gear shifting and more all front and center.

SURROUND VIEW CAMERAS

The 2023 Ram Chassis Cab offers available 270° Surround View Cameras and the available Trailer 360° Surround View Camera. These strategically placed cameras offer visibility around the rig and help the driver to make informed choices while navigating.

STAY IN CHARGE

For wireless charging, the 2023 Ram Chassis Cab boasts an available Ram Charger wireless charging pad located in the center console. For plugging in or powering the crew’s devices, it also offers nine total USB ports including four Type A and Type C pairs as well as a Type A connection in the armrest.

CONVENIENT STORAGE SOLUTIONS

RECONFIGURABLE CENTER CONSOLE

Store 15-inch laptops and standard-sized folders with ease in the available reconfigurable full-length center console. There’s also a wide cell phone/tablet docking area, an available wireless charging mat and a three-position sliding cup holder tray.

REAR UNDER SEAT STORAGE

Ram Chassis Cab Crew Cab models offer additional storage space under the rear seats. Arrange them in multiple configurations to accommodate passengers or stash equipment.
