All FlexCare Vehicle Protection plans are available with a variety of deductible amounts and are based on your expected mileage intervals. You’ll pay the deductible cost of covered component repairs performed during each visit—the plan covers the rest.

Are Your Fleet Vehicles Eligible?

Vehicles used for any commercial purpose and Cab and Chassis Applications within 36 months and 36,000 miles of the in-service date are eligible to be covered under FlexCare Vehicle Protection.

Powertrain Care Plan

Protect the heart of your fleet vehicles with the Powertrain Care Plan. Covered components include:

• Engine
• Transmission
• Driveline

Added Care Plus Plan

Get great protection and coverage on 850+ major components. Added Care Plus plans are available in a variety of terms. Simply choose the deductible, year and mileage option that best fits your fleet. Covered components include everything under the Powertrain Care Plan as well as:

• Engine Cooling and Fuel
• Steering
• Air Conditioning
• Brakes (Including Antilock Brakes)
• Power Group
• Front and Rear Suspension
• Electrical and Instrumentation
• Luxury Group

Maximum Care Plan

Maximum Care is the most comprehensive extended coverage plan available. If it’s mechanical or electrical, it’s covered. Covered components include everything under the Added Care Plus Plan as well as:

• Body
• Manual Interior Components
• Safety and Security
• Full Mechanical and Electrical

If eligible, the standalone key fob option on your plan will replace or reprogram your key(s) if they are misplaced or damaged and not working.

Get Alternate Transportation

Access alternative transportation rental or taxi reimbursements with a $0 deductible per repair visit for any dealership mechanical repair or maintenance service repair (excluding bodywork). You can also get reimbursements for overnight dealership mechanical repairs (excluding bodywork). This benefit cannot be included on vehicles with other service contracts that already include Alternate Transportation.
