NEXT-Level Fleet Management

If you’re a Pro One customer with a Fleet Account Number and eligible vehicles, getting started with Pro One NEXT is simple. Enroll and provide data consent to unlock features and solutions designed to help you manage your commercial fleet and maximize uptime, all at no additional cost. Government and rental fleets are not currently eligible for Pro One NEXT.

Uptime Command Center

You can’t be everywhere at once. That’s where the Uptime Command Center comes in. Think of it as an extra set of eyes on your fleet, with a dedicated team of Pro One Agents working behind the scenes to help you stay ahead of potential issues and keep your fleet moving.

Connected Vehicle Insights

The Uptime Command Center accesses native vehicle health and diagnostic data, giving the team a clearer picture of what’s happening across your fleet. Insights include:

• Critical vehicle health alerts
• Towing or vehicle down events
• Technical repair issues

Pro One Agents use connected vehicle insights to help spot potential issues early and determine the best path forward for your fleet. Agents will take the time to:

When service is needed, Pro One Agents can work with participating dealers to help prioritize repairs, track progress and keep your fleet operational. They can help verify that dealers will:

• Accept 100% of assigned vehicles
• Diagnose vehicles within one day
• Offer mobile service when applicable

Upfit Your Fleet

Looking to add upfits to your vehicles? Pro One NEXT customers can work with Pro One NEXT dealers to enjoy a simple and seamless upfit process. While your vehicles are configured with specialized equipment, the Uptime Command Center helps keep track of each step along the upfit journey.

Pro One CustomFit

Enjoy the one-stop convenience of Pro One CustomFit. Pro One NEXT dealers coordinate with independent upfitters and a pool of work-ready vehicles to streamline the entire upfitting process.

Track & Trace

Built into the Pro One CustomFit experience, Track & Trace lets you follow every stage of the upfitting process through an online dashboard, complete with updates and alerts from order to delivery.
