Commercial Fleet Eligibility Commercial Fleet Eligibility

Your commercial fleet may be eligible for a registered  Stellantis Pro One account if you:
1. Purchase and/or lease 5 or more vehicles of any make or model during the current or preceding calendar year, current or preceding model year or preceding 12-month period.
2. Currently operate 15 or more vehicles (owned or leased)—the individual or company must be able to establish that they possess the required number of vehicles.
3. Currently operate a livery company and have a valid state-approved livery license.

Get Your Fleet Account Number (FAN) Get Your Fleet Account Number (FAN)

If your commercial fleet is eligible and enrolls in the program, you’ll receive a Fleet Account Number (FAN). A FAN is a number that identifies Stellantis Pro One customers and is used to process purchases, track orders and allocate incentives.

Using Your Web ID Using Your Web ID

Once you get your Fleet Account Number, you can apply for a Stellantis Pro One Web ID, used to log in to the customer-exclusive areas of the site. It will enable you to check order statuses, inquire about payments and more. To generate your Web ID, enter your information in the Web ID registration form.
